Enquiries and consent
An enquiry may include your name, email, optional organisation and message. These details are used only to respond and follow up. The form asks for specific consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, not marketing consent. When you submit the form, these details are sent to André by email. Unsent entries stay in the page until you leave or reload. Direct emails are processed to respond to the request you initiate. Please do not send sensitive information or customer records.
Retention
Enquiries are kept only as long as necessary to respond and follow up; longer only where required by law or a separately agreed pilot. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing André, without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Services and technical data
Lovable hosts this website and provides technical error reporting. Hosting and security logs may contain IP addresses, request details and error information, used for operation, security and troubleshooting on the basis of legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Direct emails are handled by the email services used by you and André. Lovable handles form-email delivery, including sending status, suppression and its standard unsubscribe footer. This website has no lead database or third-party audience analytics. Contact André for information about the services handling your enquiry and any relevant international transfers.
Language preference
The EN/PT preference is stored locally in your browser when storage is available. It is not sent as a form field. You can remove it through your browser's site-data settings; the website remains usable if storage is blocked.
Pilot data
Pilots are designed around aggregate per-session sales figures. Participants are asked not to share personal data about customers. Data handling terms for any pilot will be agreed in writing beforehand.
Your rights
Email André to request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability where applicable, withdraw consent, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may complain to Portugal's Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD). There is no marketing use or automated decision-making based on your enquiry.
