Do you connect to our ticketing system?
No. Pulse works only with exports you choose to download and share. There is no live integration with BOL or any other platform.
Do you need customer data?
No. Aggregate per-session counts are enough. Please do not send personal data about bookers.
Does Pulse predict sales?
No. It applies transparent rules to the figures you provide and shows what changed. It does not forecast or guarantee outcomes.
Is there an app I can sign up for?
Yes. The platform is live at app.firstactpulse.com, with monthly plans and a 30-day refund guarantee. The pilot on this page is a separate, accompanied option.
Which exports work?
Any CSV or XLSX with one row per session, capacity, sold and (if available) reserved counts. We check the format with you at the start.
